October 15, 2011 Hundreds of demonstrators gathered in front of the federal court house noon Saturday to show their solidarity with the Occupy Together Movement. Fort Lauderdale's march was peaceful and safe thanks to all of the amazing people who rallied respectfully and proudly, and also thanks in no small partto the fort lauderdale police department who assisted with traffic safety, and kept it curteous and peaceful. A shining example for Boston PD, and NYPD to learn from.
